Intake Features

Most offices have a problem controlling initial calls for information.  The Intake feature gives your office the capability to collect information of callers efficiently and effectively.

Now anyone in the agency will be able to collect caller information.  Anyone who answers the phone can not collect permanent information.   Each request can be assigned  to a to an agent who will be responsible to provide for call back information.  There is a tricking tool for management.  No request for information will ever be lost, responsibilities for and specific time frames for call backs can be automated. 

All information collected during intake will automatically be recorded in the data base and be used by the foster care or adoption features.  Only one time to input information.

Reports can be defined to collect statistical information for Funders or provide management with current and historical information of client services.
