File Maintenance Features

The File Maintenance function manages the standardized definitions for all database information.  Only a one-time recording of all child or family information is required.  Both Foster Care and Adoption utilize the same information.  Tables are defined using standardized terms for consistency.  Access is controlled by user authorization.

The Maintenance Module is a single source area that all tables can be updated.  All modules to minimize the duplication of information maintained utilize all tables.
